Today Brad had the privilege of interviewing Todd Howard who owns over 40 Snap Fitness clubs across Australia as well as a successful business consultancy business.     Todd left a career as a school teacher to kick off as a PT roughly 20 years ago.  He sought out the best learning, development and built a key network as part of his strategy to set himself apart from other trainers, opening the door for a career-changing opportunity to take his skills globally. Todd was selected for an epic opportunity to head overseas working and travelling with UAE Royalty, giving him an immediate 12x increase in his earning capabilities, global experience and a chance to build a global client list of key professionals.   Knowing that he wanted more and with a desire to help more people, set up a trainer to take over his role there, retuning to Australia as the 24-hour gym market gained traction.
