“I like the earnestness and the variety - but on that note, am going to unsubscribe as sick to death of 50 foot ant. It’s ok but I liked in the past that each cast sas new and separate, and in general the macho military thing got old v quick although the character is sympathetic. Also the reader is doing this bizarre thing of using a distracting, unnatural rising tone on all the ‘he said... she screamed’ - often in an incorrect pacing according to the sentence, and it just started to be unlistenable to me. So I’ll be back when we’re done w that.

The stories for the most part are ok...what I cannot get past however is the narrator who seems to think he is adding drama to the stories by whispering the stories in a creepy (and not in a good way) monotone voice.
