Maria was born into the Cornejo costume family, and after studying arts at university and wanting to pursue a creative career, Maria joined the family business. Having worked at Cornejo for 20 years, working on productions such as, ‘Exodus’, ‘Game of Thrones’, and ‘Cinderella’, Maria left Cornejo and later joined Peris Costume house owned by Javier Toledo, where she currently works as Director of Projects and Commercial, working on productions such as, ‘Bridgerton season one’, ‘Nightmare Alley’ and the upcoming, ‘Black Adam’ to name a few.
