I Unexpectedly (Sorry) LOVE This Podcast
Hi, Allison & Mike! My name is Daryna (dar-EE-nuh) and I’m a teenager from Canada. So, sort of your usual demographic (although I assume I’m a bit younger). ANYWAYS, the point is: I love this podcast. It’s so comforting to listen to voices of people my parent’s age, and your approach to dark stories being respectful is something that I always look for in true crime podcasts, and, unfortunately, rarely find. I don’t know if you read reviews, but I genuinely appreciate everything you guys do for the community. I always have so much fun listening to your banter and the cases (even though I do cry sometimes), and as someone who has been listening to true crime for a few years now, the cases you choose are often ones I haven’t heard podcasts on. Keep doing what you’re doing, because you’re slaying. P.S. - The Robert Wone case is a very weird unsolved case that you should consider looking into. P.P.S. - I would love to be a Patron but I probably need a job first. P.P.P.S. - I listen on Spotify (came here specifically to write a review) so that’s why it shows I just followed you/haven’t listened to any episodes.

Have listened to 3 episodes so far, I love everything about the show. Great cases, exceptional narration, and I love the banter at the beginning. Makes it more human.

The content related to the crime is great. The draw backs are Allison talks through here nose and Mike believes every southern man especially Texans are inbred hillbillies that talk slow. If you don’t like southern people move back where you came from. I guess what I’m trying to say is **ck you...Read full review »
