Not my favorite
I realized early on while listening that the two women never actually have any new information to share on any case and some of the cases I listened to seemed very similar to other podcasts already. That was before I even heard about the plagiarism issues. If you listen to multiple podcasts and have listened on the same subjects, you’ll hear it pretty quick. They also seem a bit insensitive at times with the giggling and reactions to things. It got to the point if I had to hear Brit “describe” one more picture I was going to rip my hair out. “Ummmm its a man, with brown hair, sitting on a bench” “oh my god Brit, you nailed it” Their rules? At some points it can almost border on victim blaming. “If she had just followed the rule, she might be alive today, don’t forget, be weird, be rude, stay alive”.

I’ve tried to get into other crime podcasts and I just can’t. Ashley’s voice and how she gives detail makes the stories so interesting for me! I’m a mother and a full time student so this is my go to while driving back and forth. Love it!!
