Description
A young Navy veteran enraged by his treatment in the military takes up arms against local law enforcement and wages a week long siege on the city of New Orleans. Fears of civil unrest spread nationwide as police officers are stalked and killed by a man who seems not only undetectable but may also be in league with other invisible assassins.
