Listen now
Description
The CrossFit Games began as a backyard fitness festival in 2007 on a ranch in Aromas, California. Within a decade, they had become a worldwide phenomenon with hundreds of thousands of individuals competing in the largest participatory fitness event in the world — the Open — and ending with millions watching our sport's greatest athletes battle to be crowned the Fittest on Earth. Host Chase Ingraham and three-time CrossFit Games team champion Adrian Conway take a look back at the history of some of the most popular sports in the world to see how they evolved over the years and how long it took them to get where they are today. Presented by G-SHOCK.
