Understanding Customer Cues
Listen now
Description
In this episode you'll understand how to read customer cues. When you write a generic business vision, you write down what you want to do for your company. In a sentence or two, write down what you want to do this year. This will help you keep your work on track. One of the main things that a business has is a long-term plan and strategy that they follow. A business plan lays out what you want your business to be and where you want it to go in the future. If you don't have a vision for your business, it's likely that someone else will be in charge of how it looks as it grows. That might not be in your best interest. A well-thought-out and well-articulated business vision can be a powerful tool for making decisions and achieving goals by setting a goal, highlighting the values and culture of the company, and giving management feedback on whether they are on track or not, among other things. Vision statements are written statements about the goals, aspirations, and principles of a company.
