would love if they took this seriously
the dude is so insufferable, he keeps interjecting with extremely unfunny jokes. they spend so much time just bantering about the most inane crap before actually getting to the intended subject matter, and they’re incredibly disorganized. none of the hosts are particularly clever so the banter isn’t engaging. i found myself skipping through to hear the actual information about the cults because their jokes were so stupid and they spent so much time talking about nothing. but even skipping around doesn’t help because the dude is always cutting in to make another unbelievably flat joke, or the other hosts stop themselves in the middle of sharing the research to say something asinine and irrelevant. i hate this podcast so much.

This Armando guy is deeply irritating. In the episodes I’ve listened to, he literally hasn’t contributed to the conversation except for interrupting interesting stories with cringey jokes. I have no idea why he’s a part of this show. Solid info though and otherwise a good show.

I really never figured out much about the cult they were covering because of the banter. I wish they kept the topic but with...Read full review »
