“I was raised a Christian from a young age and have explored many different forms of belief and faith from an outsiders perspective. I have been obsessed with learning about cults and counter cultures for as long as I can remember... I was a sort-of follower of Bethel church for their music and obsession with the Holy Spirit, since I was in high school. I found out about the “Defecting from Bethel” episode and began listening to Cultish since. I have listened to almost every episode available and look forward to more content. As a Christian, not only do I find this podcast fascinating, I feel more equipped to put on the armor of God and introduce more people to the GOSPEL and fill their hearts with what they are truly craving, Christ.
