No people of color
As an Indian woman, I was hoping to find a diverse set of people being interviewed because a lot of breathing techniques that the host stands for are rooted in Pranayam. But I couldn’t find any meaningful evidence that the host invites anyone who has any insight into the Eastern spiritual practices who belongs to that culture. It’s a pity because I followed the host from Lenny’s podcast and I am disappointed.
