Amazing podcast
This is invaluable for parents and anyone working with children. I have just started working in a preschool and I certainly want to bring some points up from this podcast to help with children’s emotional development. I suppose so many people are unaware of how damaging we can be in what we say or how we respond to children. This podcast is so informative and gives great advice in short episodes. Thank you Cindy x

As a physician and a first time mom with so much anxiety and guilt surrounding my parenting this podcast has been a lifesaver. Highly recommended. It’s to the point, clear, science based and so insightful.

As both a fellow IPN PhD student and parent, I feel embraced by Cindy’s approach, where she lays out the science in an easy way to understand while promoting non-judgmental parenting. Her work is admirable and although I have discovered her recently, I am already a great fan!
