“Excellent podcast, wish there were new episodes posted more often. The two hosts have great chemistry together, both in the health & fitness industry they offer tips, advice and guidance that they have applied in their own lives. Sound quality is excellent which I think is very important in a podcast, i've come across other weight-loss/fitness podcasts that have been just as informative but have not been able to hang because of poor sound. Listening to the show feels more like you're just sitting in a room with two friends in the biz then in a crowded lecture hall, not so easy to pull in this format.
