Yes to carnivore but no to these two.
Based on what I’ve heard of these podcasts, honestly it’s pretty obvious these two are a bit too obsessed with their weight and still personally struggle with dissatisfaction with their weight unnecessarily. As someone who did have trouble with troubled mindset toward food, this really wouldn’t have helped. Also preachy honestly and make me feel worse about myself! Recommending not only carnivore but exercise. What? This is really putting people down.
