“I think it’s good for what it’s about as it’s about “thoughts you have in the shower” . Didn’t think it would be very interesting but I think it’s kinda meh like I could not listen to it for a hour, and there is other good podcast that I could listen to for a hour, I guess this is something to listen to when you can’t be listening to a podcast or doing things, just something to figure out when lying in bed I guess! Personally I would listen to it then, but, do what you will, if your the kind of person who likes to think a lot and doesn’t really “chill” then I would recommend this, but if your not overly “think-y” then personally I would not waist my time with this.”
