“Ep 1- Kristin Smart did not disappear over Spring Break, it was Memorial Day weekend. We do not know if Kristin was drunk to the extent of passing out or drugged. Those walking her home did not “trust” Paul Flores; they were extremely creeped out by his behavior the entire time. The cadaver dogs did not “pick up on a trace of Kristin Smart” they alerted that there had been a dead body in Flores’ room, or that someone had come into contact with a dead body and then into contact with items in his dorm room, presumably this would be Kristin, however, we’re talking about cadaver dogs not bloodhounds.
Investigators did not find “traces of Kristin Smart” or blood at the Arroyo Grande homes- the tenants of one home did clean up trace amounts of blood unknowingly. They also discovered what looked like an earring but was likely a part of Kristin’s necklace.
The timeline of searches here is seemingly completely jumbled. To say that police did “not find anything” in their searches of the Flores’ homes is incorrect. Investigators have said they collected items of evidence and clearly had enough to continually get new search warrants over the last year. The Smarts do not live in the area, they are almost 300 miles away.
Ep 2- Investigators do believe they know where Kristin was taken initially, this does not mean they know where she is now. The E. Branch home is NOT being searched. The home of Ruben Flores was searched at the arrest, as well as the San Pedro home of Paul Flores.”
