DAT podcast is for all poker fans
OK, so I just finished listening to all of the episodes from start to finish (lame I know)over the last four months, and i’m now caught up to the current week. I have to say, these guys are pretty entertaining even with the simplicity of their show. That’s what makes it so good, they are consistent from show to show. Obviously Daniel’s input and presence makes the podcast more mainstream and popular, but Adam, Terrence, and Ross all do their part with quality opinions and topics that are on point with what regular poker players are into. I especially get a laugh out of how they constantly dive into the rabbit holes on how many angles you can tackle the seemingly simplest event (like why a player would make THAT play in that situation....Daniel - “maybe player x saw player y do this”, Adam - “possible player y was probably reacting to player z’s clothing”, Terrence - “what’s the line for player x busting player y if he’s tilted vs not, got to be like 3.78 to one” Ross - “I’m broke so....” and so forth. If you don’t get it you don’t get why it’s great. Also, if you like honest opinions without political correctness, these guys are for you. Daniel is probably the most honest, well spoken ambassador for poker we’ve ever had. He tells it like it is, not cherry coated, and admits when he’s wrong. Definitely give this show a listen.
