Not for listeners
This podcast seems to be directly lifted from an episode that would have aired on television. I noticed it when the host said “a white SUV like this one” and thought…like which one? If you’re offering your audience a new medium like a podcast, at least make an effort to edit the material you are repurposing.

More reviews of Dateline NBC
Been waiting for a Dateline podcast and this doesn’t disappoint. Can’t believe nothing gets lost from converting the TV episode to podcast form. Love it, my new go-to!

I LOVE watching Dateline so much! And now I get to listen to it?!?!? Life is good. I listen to episodes I’ve already watched. Putting the episodes into a podcast was genius...and I am here for it! May my smile NEVER light up a room. Don’t watch alone...

This is a hidden gem! I don’t feel like anything was lost in the conversion from video to audio, and it’s refreshing to have non-instructive hosts / narrators and minimal (to no) commercials! If you enjoy true crime, you’ll love this!
