After two weeks on strike, businessmen in Uganda have agreed to resume work on Monday after their leaders met with President Yoweri Museveni over the matter. President Museveni instructed the suspension of hefty fines imposed on defaulting traders and promised to sit with technocrats to seek for a suitable solution.
