“I think most people want to get insights into how successful people have done things . After listening to many episodes, the host is more so just asking guests about their general story. I can read that on Wikipedia!
I want to know how they got customers, how they were able to convince good hires to join etc. None of these questions are asked
Usually there might be 1 nugget of useful information if you are lucky in a 45 minute interview. Many have zero nuggets”
