“I cannot express how much I appreciate this podcast - I truly love everything about it. The bite-sized episodes are perfect, the music (and Karen’s voice) is so calming, and listening to each one feels like calling in a fairy godmother when I need comfort, grounding… or simply just to pause, breathe, and realign my focus if I’m feeling overwhelmed or out of whack.
