He received his Master of Public Policy and Masters of Business Administration from Brandeis University’s Heller School. Sam was also named among the Top 50 Unsung Heroes by Asian Hustle Network and 40 Under 40 by the National Association of Asian Pacifics in Politics and Public Affairs.
