A candid look at Christianity for a modern age
Not many people want to talk about the darker issues discussed in this podcast, but Gabby isn’t afraid to tackle them head on with the help of religious leaders and professionals in the mental health field. It’s a real and touching portrayal of real people within the faith, the downtrodden, the ones who have lost hope. This podcast is an incredible accomplishment in unraveling the stigma around mental health, and is such a needed break from the toxic positivity that many Christians fall prey to. It’s okay to not be okay, and that doesn’t make you any less of a follower of Christ. This podcast is proof of that.
