Shadrach Owusu shares his experience and reflections on governance as a young African who gets to be part of the daily operations of one of the most pivotal ministries in Ghana. He reflects on the struggles of making sure over 30 million Ghanaians are well informed of the ministry's operations. We also discuss what has allowed him to thrive at his job and what his exit plan is if the incumbent government leaves office in 2024.
