Jackie Howard loses her family in a tragic accident and has to uproot her perfect little New York life to move to Silver Falls, Colorado and live with (you guessed it) the Walter boys. On one hand, Walter Boys is a quick, fun read that is just fluffy. It’s a sweet story and I enjoyed it the same way I enjoy oreos – it's junkfood, but you can’t just read one page. For some reason you keep coming back for more. And somehow, despite its many flaws, I still loved reading it when I was in high school, and I think many teens will like it, too. My Life with the Walters boys premiered as a Netflix series in December of 2023, and has been officially renewed for a second season!
