Took away so much from this podcast. Thank you, and I’m desperately sorry for your loss. You’re right. That saying ‘Grief is the price we pay for love,’ is rubbish. Personally, I think that grief is love that’s got nowhere to go. So for me, I find tributaries for the love that’s got nowhere to go to get it flowing again. It could be in joyful memories, or it could be channeling it somewhere useful. Thank you again. I learnt so much.

Hugely personal stories of grief but it never was too heavy to listen to. Found the information provided on how to deal with grief and how to deal with those who have lost someone hugely helpful. Thanks for sharing your stories.
