Pretty good
I’ve been able to sleep really well, especially because the speaking is at the very start, and the rest is just calming sounds. I really wish that they told us how to relax our body, too. Breathe in, tense your muscles;release, etc. at the start of each episode. Overall it’s pretty good.

Thomas’ voice alone helps me settle in for bed but the rain sounds and binaural beats are always the fastest was down me to drift off . Was recommended this for the Get Sleepy Podcast and it surely didn’t disappoint

If you can’t sleep, these sounds just calm you down and make you relaxed. And the time is also substantial so you don’t get more anxious that you’re not asleep when it finishes.
