“It’s great before bed and I would recommend the rain sounds although, then man talking in some of them can say some strange and uncomfortable things. Even though I really enjoy this my wife finds it annoying for some reason ( I do not ) so I would recommend listening alone. Overall a great podcast to listen to!”
