“Such a wonderful podcast with a great selection of audios to choose from. I struggle wth anxiety and this has helped SO much. I love the entire slumber studios podcast collection and I usually listen to a story from “The Sleepy Bookshelf” and then listen to one of these. I understand that some people are upset about the ads, but if you can afford a subscription, BUY IT. If you have a family you can share it with them, same goes with friends I believe. If you don’t want to pay for it, or can’t, go ahead, but I think it is worth it to get the subscription.”
