Brilliant, thoughtful and comforting
I randomly came across Kens podcast and work a few months ago and I am so grateful. I’m a 44 year old single mom of 3 and have not made the best choices with my few relationships. I’ve been doing a lot of internal work with my therapist and other really helpful podcasts to try and break these patterns and I’ve learned a lot of really helpful things about myself in the process. What Ken says is consistent with what I’ve been learning but expands upon it as well and I truly believe every word he says. It’s really sunk in and I’ve been doing the work he recommends. I find Ken to be brilliant and insightful and he presents his ideas in a way that it’s so easy to understand and digest. Most importantly, Ken himself comes off as the most nurturing, kind and supportive friend. His compassion for all of humanity really shines through in his voice. I may or may not ever find the kind of love that I’m learning to desire but either way, Ken’s words have deepened my life and my understanding of myself in all aspects of my life. This could easily be applied to seeking friends as well. My daughter is a freshman in high school trying to find the right group of friends and I’ve been guiding her to work on seeking friends of inspiration not deprivation. That’s brilliant advice for a young teenage girl. Albeit not easy to do! Ken, I couldn’t be more grateful for your brilliant words and you’re kind and supportive heart. I’m so glad you found your love. You deserve it and he’s a lucky man!
