Delicious Revolution is Great!
Delicious Revolution is my favorite podcast, this fall and winter. I think it is super; it captures many aspects of food systems on the verge of change, and especially brings out, in the interviews, the challenges and texture of that change. I really like it, in that it does not try to suggest that everything is a “success” or “perfect”, but respects its interviewees to speak honestly of their local context.
