I cannot download the episodes Celeriac Remoulade, Layered Remoulade & Cuban Bean Salad from iTunes. It appears they download, but they are not on the hard disk and are marked as not yet downloaded in iTunes. Otherwise an excellent podcast.

I made the Tofu Coconut Cream Pie and it was beyond awful. I have never made a tofu-based pie before and was hoping this would be a good non-dairy dessert. All I tasted and smelled was this strong beany tofu flavor. I kept adding sugar and vanilla and coconut, even some lemon juice, to help kill...Read full review »

Most of the recipes are vegan, which is a bit disappointing for a cheese and butter lover like me. When I see the words "vegetarian recipes", I expect some dairy and/or eggs. Furthermore, there seems to be a heavy reliance on meat-substitutes, which is not how I like to do my vegetarian...Read full review »

Whether you're vegetarian or a soon to be one: This podcast shows you, how simple and incredibly easy it is to follow Toni Fiore's delicious recipes. I absolutely admire the Ukrainian Bortsch-stew - for cold weather always recomended.

This show is different from most others in that the dishes are actually do-able by most ordinary people with even a casual interest in cooking. The presentation is very nicely put together. It has just enough detail for anyone to actually make any of the dishes.

The hostess with the mostest shows us the variety of vegetarian cuisine. Her recipes are totally creative, simple to follow and so effective. I never thought, that vegetarian cuisine could change my habit of cooking more healthy-conscious and stay fit for as long as the sun shines.

She's great, knowledgeable and presents her recipes in an easy, friendly format. I have made many of them since I've been listening/watching and they're all delicious, as she says. WHY WHY WHY are all American cookery programmes so dated? the recipes are dated, the presenter's style is dated, the sets are dated, the shooting style is dated. if you want something half decent check out Gordon Ramsay's fast food podcast or the excellent Australian The Cook & The Chef
