I have loved this podcast from the moment I saw the classic clip art for the logo and then JP’s warm soothing voice was very captivating and put me at ease. He is open and honest about his experience with depression, as well as his suicide attempt (if you trigger easy, it is part of the podcast as it is part of him) and shares his inner thoughts, even his own questions. πŸ€” JP makes himself very accessible to anyone who has thoughts or ideas about depression, he is going to get back to you within a few days usually, until he gets super famous, then he will get back to us, just longer than usual, cause he’s that kind of guy. 😁 ~Jen πŸ¦‹

I found the show by accident and am so glad I did. Even though you know you're not alone, it's always comforting to actually find someone else. I appreciate the honesty and openness when talking about mental illness - thank you for sharing 😊Read full review »
