I can apply things more successfully if I understand the “why” instead of just following blindly. Listening to this podcast has given me a different perspective to how I approach my health. I’ve altered my approach to intermittent fasting as a result of listening to Dr.Kaisa’s recommendations and I’m feeling SO much better (because I’m not skipping breakfast anymore, haha!).
