Our guest today is Nicole Paine, a Doctor of Chiropractic, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Mobility Specialist who has been practicing for over 15 years in the UK and Canada. Nicole aims to teach you how to evaluate your current state of health, inspire you to take action, improve your lifestyle and habits so you can reclaim and restore your health. Nicole qualified as a Chiropractor in 2006 (Canada) which began an everlasting exploration into alternative healthcare. She has trained in Functional Range Systems (FRC®, FRA®, FR®, Kinstretch®), Active Release Techniques®, Acupuncture and more with the goal of refining her clinical skills to offer the best possible treatment for her patients. After 8 years in practice, she decided to undertake a master’s degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition (UWS, Oregon) with the goal of diversifying her skills and learning how to uncover the root causes of her patient’s ailments. After practicing Functional Medicine for a few years, it became apparent to Nicole that much of what she advises could be implemented by individuals with a little guidance which led her to writing her first book - Eat Move Thrive 30 (EMT30). The EMT30 aims to teach you the principles of healthy eating, moving well and how to thrive in a modern world.
