WOW. shocked sad and disappointed
Diagnosed 50+ years ago in 1971, I blindly hoped that the world of newly diagnosed T1’s had improved drastically since they knew nothing in ‘71 and had no tools. I thought it was a good guess. WRONG! How can that be? Listening to Madison Thorn episode 111. I could cry. One request - I have brought it up to many with no luck so far. There is a dark hole out here - it’s filled with older long term T1’s. We need help. Many like me live alone with a complicated scary chronic disease that evolves with a whole new set of issues. Thanks for the podcast! Great job! So nice to listen to someone other all those by a parent of a young T1 that have “become” Diabetes. They are another issue.

These two are warriors on the diabetic path. I like how they’ve approached diabetes outside of the traditional “count your carbs” approach. Looking forward to the next one guys! #T1Power

I have been a t1d for only 3 years now but you guys were the first diabetes podcast that I started listening to. You guys make me feel like I’m not alone in this life with t1d. Also I really love the intro song, so catchy and cute. Cheers to the highs and lows!
