Peaks Perfection
The Diane podcast is a reflecting pool for Lynch and Frosts Twin Peaks in that it offers a clear reflection of the show, but has much depth beneath that reflection to offer. The hosts masterfully walk the line of interpretation and analysis of the a series that defies you on both fronts. They admirably avoid trying to “solve” the show and instead are able to demonstrate the value in exploring the mysterious nature of Twin Peaks, betraying a deep understanding of Lynch’s work overall. The episodes of this podcast range from reaction/reviews to in-depth looks at the themes and ideas in the Twin Peaks mythos. These topics demand a wide breadth of knowledge, and the hosts are impressively able abide. While never failing to be a charming and funny group. This is the quintessential Twin Peaks podcast, and I know no higher praise.

Essential supplement to the series especially if you're facinated with the visual world of David Lynch and honestly why are you watching Lynch if you're not? Lively discussion ranges from symbology, metaphor, myth and a penetrating analysis of hair styles. The best!Read full review »

It is consistently fun, funny, and smart, providing in one segment a thoughtful semiotic analysis of Diane's blond bob and, in the next, a playful rumination...Read full review »
