After a very different year on this solo episode I chat about our 'Lets Talk' discussion last week in the studio before we broke up for our Christmas holiday. I thought I would round up the podcast/year with a lovely end as I encourage all our students to express gratitude, journal and I have also composed a short poem for our students to create some movement to.
