The best actual play podcast available
This podcast got me back into D&D (OK, the rest of may not think this is the best podcast as I now stay up until ridiculous hours playing) but honestly, I’ve listened to quite a few different pods, and this outstrips all of them. It’s a well run game with a brilliant GM who allows the players room to express themselves and develop their characters. The role play shows how this game should be done with characters that are believeable, that you can engage with, and simply root for all along. The battle scenes are dramatic and full of tension, well described for the listener. And the humour is excellent. I drop everything to listen to each episode as they are released having binged to catch up as I found them late. So glad I did though. I strive to be as good as these guys, both as player and DM. Listen to it, enjoy it, love it.
