Annalynn Skipper, Ph.D., R.D., FADA is a Registered Dietitian with MS and PhD degrees in nutrition.  She has more than 25 years’ experience in critical care nutrition and has served in administrative and academic roles leading a multi-disciplinary nutrition support team and serving as Associate Professor and internship director.  Dr. Skipper has served on two licensure taskforces in Illinois, and in many leadership positions for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics including Clinical Nutrition Delegate and Chair of the Commission on Dietetic Registration.  She also served as Chair of the Academy’s taskforce to revise the Model Practice Act for the Consumer Protection and Licensure Subcommittee and as a member of the Academy’s PAC.  She has worked on dietetic licensure in three states and drafted the current revision of the Illinois licensure law.     This episode is hosted by Christina M.
