Literally puts me to sleep!
I’ve tried a few of the podcasts that are supposed to help you sleep, but I’ve never had much luck. Dilettante Ball is entertaining enough to interrupt the racing thoughts that usually keep me up, but nonsensical enough that it’s easy to drop the thread of conversation when I’m ready to nod off. The episodes are so short that I’m usually able to get all the way through one or two before falling asleep, and I always try to start back up the next night where I left off because I actually do really like the podcast. If you’re having trouble sleeping, try giving this podcast a go. Johnny and Spencer, I can’t thank you enough!
