Podcast: Other People's Cooking

Description
Hello, my name is Rebecca May Johnson, and here is the audio podcast version of my fourteenth newsletter, with the title Other People’s Cooking. In it I read aloud some thoughts on what it is to be cooked for by other people, how a meal has a kind of poetics, share the menus that three people cooked for me including a recipe for potato salad, and give my eating notes. I send out the newsletter with text and images to paid subscribers every Monday (apart from public holidays when they go out on Tuesday) and the audio version on Wednesdays; paid subs also have access to the archive. Free subscribers receive one newsletter per month, occasional previews, and the audio version every Wednesday. Substack have also created a free trial option.
