What's In A Name?
Listen now
Description
"What's in a name?" is a famous question Juliet asked in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. And while she wasn't asking the question about the Bible, when you read the Bible, you find that names mean a lot. Great meaning is attached to both people and places. And so it should be no surprise that when it comes to God, the central figure in the Scriptures, His name—or actually His names—matters a lot. So much so, in fact, that one name can't fully represent God's power and majesty. Join the group this week as they discover how knowing the names of God in the Bible can help us appreciate more of who God is. What's in a name? Apparently a lot.   WAYS TO LISTEN & SUBSCRIBE: 📱On our website: https://www.discovertheword.org 🎧Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/3x2Swlq 🎧Spotify: https://spoti.fi/3mk8ra1 🎧Amazon Music: https://amzn.to/3D9Tttv 🎧YouTube Music: https://go.odb.org/yt-music-playlist LOOKING FOR MORE EPISODES of the Discover the Word Podcast?
