Today we’re going to be talking about the health benefits of nuts and we’re going to dispel some things here. A lot of people think that because nuts have fat, they make you fat, or that nuts are bad because they contain mycotoxins and defense compounds that can damage your health, and that’s absolutely not true. Nuts are one of Nature’s gifts to us. They contain amazing amounts of bioactive compounds and they’re really good for health.
