“The new team members that have replaced Alan and Chris are just terrible. This was illustrated perfectly with Alan's one-off return last week. The chemistry between he and Adam is plain for all to see and the show is far better off for it. I understand Alan's reasons for walking away but for Adam to replace him in such a scattergun fashion by throwing too many new co-hosts ( who spend 80% of each episode speaking over one another) into the mix has all but ruined the show. It now feels like Adam is the teacher to a small class of noisy, disruptive children who offer next to nothing in the way of insight or entertainment. Someone needs to point out to the new ones that simply moaning or giggling isn't cutting it.
Oh, how I long for the days of co-hosts such as Juz, Craig, Nick, Michelle, Chris or Alan. Crikey, I'd even take Kez over any of the new ones who seem completely void of personality or worthwhile contributions. The whole show seems far less polished and professional than even the earliest episodes now and it's such a shame because you can sense just how much it all means to Adam. His passion is not in question and he's proven that all he needs to pump out great content consistently is just one good co-host. I really hope he finds one soon. Or maybe one that can help him to put out an episode without the awful crackling/wobbling noises that accompany the audio.”
