Delighted to be Disrupted!
I just finished bingeing EVERY episode of the Disrupt Yourself Podcast from Whitney Johnson. It’s been 16 days since I abruptly left my senior leadership role, one I had hoped was my dream job. Whitney and her guests have inspired so much grace and learning for me that instead of shame and fear I am thrilled to be disrupted. The practical tools, engaging stories, raw authenticity, and encouraging dares have grounded me to learn from this experience and put my skills to work at the bottom of the S curve —confident in the a string of successful S curve disruptions that got me here. As a fan of Clayton Christiansen’s work you will see how you can be your own economic engine. I will return often to these episodes and can’t wait to experience the podcasting journey with Ms. Johnson, it gets better with every episode.

I love the vulnerability that shines through the...Read full review »
