Today it is our great honor to host one of the greatest athletes of all time. Arlene Limas is one of the greatest Tae Kwan Do authorities of the 20th century. She’s a history maker, having been the first American - and the first female - to win the gold medal at the 24th Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea in Tae Kwan Do in 1988. And she has been breaking barriers ever since. She now currently serves as the CEO of PAVE (Proactive Anti-Violence Education) Prevention, working to provide training to organizations using a trauma-informed model to empower employees and organizations for better performance, stronger engagement, and healthier work cultures.
