I rated before reviewing. Very much enjoy the podcast in substance but especially in tone. Amicable disagreement about major questions is essential to the health of a democracy, which seems to be on people’s minds these days. Thanks for modeling such friendship by allowing us to listen in.

This pod is clean and dope like heroin soap! Baude is steering the ship, and Epps is along for the ride. They have this strange chemistry. Baude is chill and brilliant. They break down SCOTUS cases and make it enjoyable
