Excellent
Mike Hixenbaugh has taken great strides in uncovering the nightmare too many parents face on a regular basis. It’s an almost unfathomable circumstance but for those who live through the horror of being falsely accused, having their children taken away, and the subsequent fight for those children and, often, their own freedom, this is real life. We expect medical providers to care for our children, to find a diagnosis, to treat conditions. We’re all just one allegation from losing everything. And even though we’ve been taught that people are “innocent until proven guilty” and that justice favors the innocent, it’s all a lie. The justice system is broken, doctors get compensation for abuse allegations, and police and prosecutors only care about putting another check in their win column. Beware

Thank you for sharing this story. We are currently living through this nightmare and it’s helpful to hear other people’s stories and the word needs to get out about this!

I guess I didn’t realize this would be released by the week. Ending ep. 2 with “how’s mason???” left me wanting more. Great story telling.
