One of the very best around
Mark and Iain’s podcasts are so good, I’ve rewatched each story (wherever possible) they’ve humorously critiqued and relisten to the podcast afterwards to better appreciate everything. Their guests are all well informed and entertaining, and Andy Moore’s brilliant audios are so very clever and funny. I love all the light hearted digs at some previously sacrosanct companions, especially Steven Taylor’s hairstyles and his shouty staccato delivery of his lines. I dread to think what’s in store for my first Doctor, Jon Pertwee, though. But they’ve done a fine job enhancing my enjoyment of the Hartnell years, and there’s a genuine mutual love of the Trout and his crews. Never realised how much Susan and Victoria grated with so many fans though. We are spoilt with so many good podcasts about our favourite blue box themed TV show and AOTAS is absolutely one of the very best.

More reviews of Doctor Who
A great, fun podcast that aims to go through all Doctor Who episodes from the beginning. The hosts clearly love the show & have insightful - often humorous - comments that make us feel part of the podcast.

This podcast transformed me back into an 8 year old and refilled me with wonder about how a Dalek works from the inside. What a brilliant guest turn by Nicholas Pegg. This has the makings of a fantastic series. Congratulations lads 😊
